Hey! I'm Raymond Hernbrode III ✌️
When I'm not knee-deep in indie dev or building something weird and wonderful, I'm usually tinkering with tools, exploring new ideas, or chasing down the next creative spark. I'm the guy behind Pixel Racer Life, a retro-inspired racing game where I go by the name Nismo—and yes, that means lots of pixel art, real-time systems, and late-night problem solving.
I grew up in Oklahoma 🌪️, which gave me a deep respect for community, grit, and the occasional chaotic brainstorm. These days, I split my time between sales strategy, creative building, and storytelling, always trying to balance logic with imagination.
Outside of work, I stay sharp by diving into whatever catches my curiosity—books 📚, tech experiments 🤖, coffee rituals ☕, or the occasional all-night game dev sprint fueled by lo-fi beats and very questionable snacks. I believe that what you do for fun should feed what you do for work, not fight it.

Developing the S.H.I.F.T series starring Dash Mercer, a coming-of-age story about teenagers getting their licenses and being thrown into the racing scene.
